    Exclamation Toolbar Disappears

After using SqlExcel for a couple of months. The Toolbar in Excel cannot be found. It is no longer in the toolbar list. The add-in is still installed and registered.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall, still no toolbar.

Has anyone else ever heard about this and how to repair?

    Hi

It has happened before with Excel 2007 - that the toolbar did not show. I think the fix was to make sure the addin was added as a COM addin.
Havent heard of this issue though with earlier versions of Excel.

Like, you said, I would manually register the file. Also, sure you have done this but make sure the addin is not unchecked in VIEWS and then TOOLBARS.

Another thing you could look into (for previous versions of Excel to 2007) would be to go TOOLS and then Addins. From memory..,, there is a buttons there for Automation where you can look in and see the list of Automation addins that are available. You should be able to look through the list and select SQLDrill from the list.

Please let me know how it goes when you get a chance as it is very helpful to be aware of these issues/fixes.

Thanks and have a nice day.

Unhappy Excel Add-in does't register for Excel 2007 in Windows 7

    Occasionally the add-in "disappears".
To reactivate the add-in, go to the office button
    Excel Options
    Add-Ins
Change Excel Add-Ins to COM Add-Ins in the manage drop box
    Click Go
Check the box next to SqlExcel

This works with Excel 2007 on Windows XP Pro.

Still cannot register SqlExcel for Excel 2007 in windows 7

Trying to register the file using regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\SQL Excel\SQLExcel.dll" fails to load with 0x800a046 error.
