Hi all,

I am unsure how I can set up a database that will list and enable me to recall certain employees from my database that are either current or require to attend a particular training session.

I therefore require to know how I format the cells with codes (if that is how it is done) so I can bring up the information I require.

I am fairly new so a beginners guide would help me out a great deal.
