Default need some excel help cursor keys changed fuctions

When I first installed OfficeXP and Office2003 the cursor keys moved the
cursor from cell to cell in excel....now it moves the worksheet....I don't
know how this happened or what setting to change, but its pissing me off and
totally screwed up my productivity. I can't seem to find nfo on this under
google, maybe I don't know how to word it, but can someone help out?

BTW today in Office2003 excel the cursor keys worked just fine, then I saved
my doc and BAM they now fuction to move the whole worksheet instead of just
    cell to cell...very LAME!!!

    Thanks

You're going to be even more pissed off(but not at Excel) when you read the
    following<g>

Try hitting your ScrLk key to disable Scroll Lock mode.

You'll find it up above the "End" key.

Now its back to normal....I didn't do anything at all, no config changes or
anything, not even shutting down the app or doc or even resaving... What the
hell? Is this a bug? I would still like to know how to switch back and forth
    on my desire.
    Thanks.

Very common problem and easily overlooked when frustration level is reaching
    stellar heights.
